Our service offering comes in the following below
This is a simple and straight forward process. After the meet and greet with site inspection, we then proceed to first invoice which is a deposit then start out design brief process. Once Client is happy we proceed to complete the drawings and revise the drawings again before printing and going for sign off by engineer. Once engineer sign offs we invoice the second payment and wait for meeting with client. Clients signs off for submission and on processing of council/municipal fee we invoice the last payment and wait for approval from council.
If or should the need arise we will revise the drawings free of charge in the approval process.
